On the third Wednesday of every month at 3:30 PM, we invite everyone from our community to join us for Wellness Wednesdays, FREE educational and interactive sessions on self-care, deep breathing, strategies for coping with stress, and much more via Zoom! Whether you are a person with Parkinson’s disease, a family member or friend, a caregiver, community member, or industry leader, we want to help you to be proactive about your mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.
These meetings are open to everyone and are meant to give each of you a moment to check in with yourself and your community. You can also find documents, videos, blogs, tips, and much more toward the bottom of this page.
PAC’s Speakers Bureau
We are always seeking community partners in North and South Carolina to join our Speaker’s Bureau. Our Wellness Wednesday guest speakers host presentations on a variety of wellness-related topics, such as meditation and mindfulness, deep breathing and yoga, healthy nutrition and exercise habits, stress management, and sharing personal experiences.
