Educational Events

Throughout the year, we host Parkinson’s disease educational events for patients, families, and caregivers whose lives are impacted by the disease. We also host fundraising events to help support the work we do here at the Parkinson Association of the Carolinas. Our Move It! Walk events and other fundraising events are also a fun way for communities, friends and families to rally together with a common purpose and also make new friends.

PAC’s Speakers Bureau

We are always seeking community partners in North and South Carolina to join our Speaker’s Bureau. Our guest speakers host presentations on a variety of Parkinson’s disease (PD) related topics, such as understanding the condition, research updates, managing symptoms, available therapies and treatments, and sharing personal experiences.
